Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used LED facial devices cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
